Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations at Value Buds Towers Mall in Regina. You will coach the sales floor, ensure a high level of customer service, and uphold all regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold cannabis selling certifications (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
