Value Buds Warman in Saskatchewan is seeking a motivated Keyholder to lead shifts and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will guide customers through product education, assist with store operations, and help maintain compliant operations, including ID checks and cash handling. This role suits a reliable team player with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and perform basic inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.
