Job summary

Value Buds Saskatoon is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and coach the sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will partner with management to execute product launches, merchandising, and promotions while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations and safety standards. This role suits someone with retail leadership experience who values training staff and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right,SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP,CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

About the Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
