Value Buds King West in Toronto is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily cannabis retail operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role oversees inventory, merchandising, reporting, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with provincial cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
