Value Buds is seeking a Keyholder/Shift Lead for their cannabis retail team in Jasper, Alberta. You will be the face of the brand, greet customers, provide education on products, and help teammates during shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. Cannabis certification is a plus, with age based on province rules. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell) would be an asset.

Responsibilities
