Job summary

Value Buds Canmore is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations on the sales floor and coach team members for a positive customer experience. This role suits someone with retail leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values compliance with cannabis regulations.

You will supervise shifts, ensure product education, and support launches and merchandising while maintaining store standards and a focus on customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

About The Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
