Job summary

Value Buds Deerfoot City is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily cannabis retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the sales team, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with product education and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must hold cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old depending on provincial requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education.
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving.

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. What You’ll Do

• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
