Job summary

Value Buds Canmore is seeking a Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor in Canmore.

You will coach teams, deliver great customer experiences, manage inventory, and ensure cannabis regulations compliance in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating on merchandising and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check

About the Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
