Job summary

Value Buds Signal Hill is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations, coach teammates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or customer service, supervisory experience, and certification to sell cannabis. You will help with product launches, inventory, compliance, and maintaining store standards while supporting a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (provincial rule).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education.

• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
