Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor – Cannabis Retail to lead a storefront team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role supports training, merchandising, and inventory tasks to maintain high store standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or customer service, prior supervision preferred, and cannabis-sales certification. 18/19+ age, physical fitness, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old depending on provincial rules.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities
