Job summary

Value Buds is looking for a Store Supervisor to support daily cannabis retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor in Signal Hill, Canada.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a cannabis sales certification. You will ensure compliance, assist with merchandising, and guide team members during shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Cannabis sales certification required (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass Criminal Record Check.

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
