A leading salon organization in Mississauga is seeking a Stylist in Training to learn business operations while providing exceptional customer service. You will earn a base of $17.8/hr plus commission, with potential earnings reaching $22/hr. After six months, a one-time bonus of $500 is available, along with eligibility for health and dental benefits. This position requires graduation from an accredited cosmetology school and a dedication to exceptional service, with a path toward promotion to stylist position based on merit.

After 6 months of successfully completing your initial apprenticeship period you will earn $500/ as a one time bonus. Plus you will become eligible for all your future stylist exam and annual license fee if applicable.
After successfully completing 3 months in your role you will be eligible to apply for company's health and dental benefits, we’re here to help you learn the business while you deliver exceptional customer service across all channels of communication.
As a stylist-in-training you may be eligible for a promotion to the stylist position once you receive your license. A promotion to stylist is not automatically guaranteed. You must earn it.

To be considered for the promotion, you must: 1) possess a valid appropriate license in your applicable province of employment; 2) have the ability to perform the duties of the license requirements that your state allows, including, but not limited to: cutting, styling, coloring, providing wax treatments, and washing and perming hair with or without an accommodation; and 3) demonstrate that you practice Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.
