Summary

Lead and coach store sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Drive sales performance, digital adoption, and client development while ensuring adherence to store policies and standards. Hire, train, and develop Clothing Advisors and Specialists to meet business goals and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists to maximize personal sales productivity
• Develop and maintain in-store and after sales service standards
• Ensure execution of Clientele Development activities and omni-channel client building
• Drive adoption of digital sales tools and meeting of digital sales goals
• Hire and train new Clothing Advisors and Specialists
• Administer onboarding and assigned training programs
• Hold one-on‑one meetings and complete performance assessments
• Ensure team alignment to store operational policies procedures and cultural standards
• Promote program benefits and educate Advisors and clients on point system and activation steps

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with leadership capacity
• Experience driving customer loyalty conversion in-store and online
• Proven ability to develop others with documented coaching and performance improvements
• Experience across menswear departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear and tailored clothing
• Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
• Ability to uphold store protection and loss prevention standards
