Job summary

Querentia is seeking a high-touch, self-motivated Senior Director to scale our Smart Meter and Smart Grid consulting business across Canada. You will lead growth, build senior client relationships, and drive multi-year deals while overseeing delivery quality and budget.

You will manage proposals, RFP responses, and negotiations, while guiding the consulting teams to successful outcomes and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven track record selling consulting or solutions in Utilities with AMI domain knowledge.
Experience selling Smart Grid solutions and managing multi-year engagements.
Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulators in utilities.

Responsibilities

Own the sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets for Smart Meter and Smart Grid consulting in Utilities across Canada.
Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business, including proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with utility executives, regulators, and industry partners; expand existing accounts.
Sell and deliver Smart Grid and Utilities transformation consulting projects.
Lead consulting teams and oversee project delivery and budget.
Support marketing and thought leadership: publications, industry round tables, conference speaking.
Develop team members' careers in sales and delivery.
