Job summary

Desjardins seeks a Team Leader to oversee a unit of highly experienced professionals. You will coordinate activities, guide initiatives, coach staff, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects.

You will foster a positive, engaging environment and influence senior management with data-driven insights. You will develop talent, manage performance, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with stakeholders across fields to shape service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
• Help determine your unit’s service offer and ensure your projects and activities are planned and executed
• Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction
• Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
• Help resolve complaints and problems in accordance with the organization’s practices
• Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. Manage the budget.
