Job summary

Desjardins Group is hiring for a senior administrative leader to manage a large subset of sales or operations activities and to oversee the service offer for the unit. You will develop and implement the business plan, lead teams, and drive performance to ensure member and client satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of nine years of relevant experience, with French language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Nine years of relevant experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives.
• Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations and other administrative units.
• Establish management and communication practices to support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity.
• Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure projects are carried through to maximize business results and client satisfaction.
• Support the administrative unit’s action plan by managing performance.
• Continuously improve management of processes under your responsibility.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values.
• Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.
