Desjardins Technology Group in Canada is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee a segment of our sales and operations services, develop and execute the unit’s business plan, and strengthen team performance.

You will lead talent development, drive results, implement efficient work processes, and ensure member and client satisfaction while upholding Desjardins values. This role offers competitive compensation, pension, benefits, and telework options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your group’s service offer and develop and implement its business plan.
• Support the immediate supervisor with work organization and operational planning for the unit.
• Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan in alignment with organizational strategies.
• Establish management and communication practices to support change, talent engagement, and diversity.
• Define activities related to the unit’s services to maximize business results and client satisfaction.
• Assist in managing individual and team performance within the administrative unit.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values.
• Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.
