Job summary

Desjardins Group in Saint-Jérôme, Canada seeks an experienced Financial Planner Supervisor to lead a high‑impact team, drive business results and ensure member client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience with at least 6 in management, and registration eligibility as a Supervisor. French language skills are required; the position supports hybrid work and employee development within a cooperative framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Ten years of relevant experience with at least six years in a management role.
• Recognition that other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Title of Financial Planner must be held or eligible for registration as a Registered Representative Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support the immediate supervisor with work organization, planning and initiatives.
• Develop, implement and track the unit's action plan aligned with strategic orientations.
• Establish management and communication practices to support change, talent attraction, retention and diversity.
• Define and ensure activities related to the unit's services and oversee projects to maximize results and client satisfaction.
• Support the administrative unit’s action plan by managing performance.
• Continuously improve management of processes under your responsibility.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values.
• Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.
