Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization in Canada. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to define roles, build pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will bring expertise in sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting to attract top talent and support growth, while mentoring other recruiters and upholding inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior roles.
• Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networking, referrals).
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reporting metrics via an ATS to manage pipelines and results.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview processes.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and interview best-practices guidance to teams.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication and constructive feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters and share best practices to raise hiring standards.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to inform strategy and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure a consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring process across all stages.
• Collaborate with People/HR on offer structuring, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding and represent the company at recruiting events.
