Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers across Canada and the US, delivering full-cycle recruitment and consultative guidance.

You will leverage networks, manage offers, benchmark salaries, and stay current with Canadian employment law while supporting the rollout of Workday.

This is a full-time, permanent role with opportunities for growth, based in Ontario with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 2+ years recruiting in the environmental services/engineering/mining industries.
• Experience recruiting across Canada and the US.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to source and attract passive candidates.
• Experience with Workday is an asset.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant asset.
• Based in Ontario with flexible work options.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Provide recruitment services across multiple service lines and technical disciplines.
• Utilizing various networks and online platforms to engage and secure candidates that fit the role requirements and values of SLR.
• Assist with offer negotiations and provide compensation advice.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation relevant to recruitment across Canada.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and identifying/reporting market trends.
• Assist with talent sourcing strategies and plans to increase the pipeline of talent for future business growth.
• Support projects and process improvements, working with global Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with implementation of new HRIS system (Workday)
