Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies within fast-growing organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading major hiring programs, mobilizations, or high-volume recruiting.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging recruitment data, market insights, and technology to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive hiring plans.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts for major projects, growth initiatives, and high-volume hiring programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, market trends, and hiring challenges.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers to deliver effective workforce solutions.
• Influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment between talent needs and business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Establish clear performance expectations and development plans for team members.
• Foster a high-performing culture that leverages individual strengths and growth.
