Job summary

Webuild seeks a Proposal Manager for its Toronto branch to lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for construction and infrastructure projects in Canada. The role ensures client requirements are met, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports timely tender submissions.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, analyzing RFPs, coordinating with engineering, estimating, operations, procurement, and legal teams, and maintaining governance and branding

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal or bid management within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with public and private procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from receipt of tender documents to final submission.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification documents ensuring client requirements are met.
• Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and external partners.
• Develop, write, edit, and review technical and commercial proposal content.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines.
• Ensure consistency with corporate standards, branding, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate proposal activities between Canadian operations and the Italian headquarters.
