Job summary

A major civil infrastructure contractor is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee bid preparations and ensure quality in proposal submissions. The role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant proposal development experience, preferably in BC infrastructure projects.
• Strong English language and technical writing skills.
• Ability to read industrial construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal preparation and satisfy RFEOI, RFQ, and RFP requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on proposals.
• Analyze project requirements and develop submission packages.
