Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. in Canada is seeking a seasoned Proposal Coordinator to manage the end-to-end proposal process for infrastructure projects.

You will work with estimators, operations, and business development to produce timely, compliant submissions. The role requires excellent writing and project-management skills, proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Expedience, and the ability to coordinate kickoff meetings and post-bid clarifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in proposal coordination or proposal management.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and proposal automation tools.
• APMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Coordinate bid/no-bid decisions, draft outlines, schedule kickoff calls, and manage reviews and post-bid clarifications.
• Develop executive summaries, technical narratives, and project profiles; mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and business development to craft win themes and value propositions.
• Maintain and grow the proposal content library and ensure brand and messaging alignment.
