Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from tender receipt to submission.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification documents for compliance.
• Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and partners.
• Develop, write, edit, and review technical and commercial proposal content.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and deadlines.
• Ensure consistency with corporate standards, branding, and governance.
• Coordinate proposal activities between Canadian operations and Italian HQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for construction and infrastructure projects in Canada. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports the successful delivery of tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from receipt of tender documents to final submission.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and prequalification documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and external partners.
• Develop, write, edit, and review technical and commercial proposal content.
• Manage proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, and submission deadlines.
• Ensure consistency with corporate standards, branding, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate proposal activities between Canadian operations and the Italian headquarters.

Salary Range
