Staples Canada in Richmond Hill is seeking a Proposal Specialist to own the proposal process from kickoff through submission. You will act as the project manager for RFx opportunities, coordinating with sales, pricing, merchandising, operations, and legal to craft compelling responses.

You will gather data, align our value proposition with customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• A university degree with emphasis on communications, business, marketing, and/or journalism.
• Project management skills with proactive communication and organization.
• Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership for proposal development and manage kickoff calls, deadlines, and executive reviews.
• Strategize with sales to identify win themes and key value drivers for bids.
• Collaborate across departments to align proposal with pricing, merchandising, operations, and legal.
• Gather and organize data from other departments and integrate into responses.
• Draft and finalize proposals capturing Staples Canada’s value proposition and respond to stakeholder feedback.
• Navigate ambiguity and guide teams through challenging, uncertain situations.
