Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Pursuit Specialist to lead complex RFPs and strategic pursuits across Canada. You will coordinate cross-BOU teams, craft compelling narratives, and align proposals with brand standards while ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, public relations, and client teams to identify opportunities, build win themes, and oversee schedules from capture to final submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a pursuit role, preferably in A/E/C.
• Proven experience leading responses to complex RFPs.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Exceptional business writing skills with tailored RFP responses.
• Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct complex RFP and pursuit efforts with timelines and deliverables.
• Develop win themes, unique value propositions, and capture planning.
• Lead kickoff meetings, assign responsibilities, and manage schedules.
• Coordinate content development for compliant, cohesive narratives.
• Lead interview preparation and final proposal submissions.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and coordinate promotions/PR efforts.
