Edomey Janitorial & Building Services Ltd seeks a skilled Proposal Manager to oversee the end-to-end proposal process for opportunities across Canada. The role supports the Sales team and leads project planning, content development, and timely submission of winning proposals.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of proposal management experience, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Acrobat.

Qualifications

• At least three years of successful proposal management, including supervision and management of direct and indirect reports.
• Experience working with all levels and functions within an organization.
• A PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
• Extensive experience in document formatting tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliverables and prioritize under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source RFPs and coordinate with Sales to plan submissions.
• Oversee proposal plan, schedule, budget, and content quality.
• Guide proposal project team members and ensure timely delivery.
• Support technical writing assignments for proposals.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Coordinate responses to questions and organize resources.
• Manage proposal production and document delivery in print or electronic format.
