Job summary

Symbiotic Digital in Canada seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic business initiatives through the full project lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality while aligning with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of business experience with 3-4 years leading projects or transformations.
• Experience across all project lifecycle phases and governance artifacts.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience managing scope, changes, and governance decisions.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.
• Post-secondary education in PM/related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all lifecycle phases ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, planning, and requirements to establish objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and governance discussions for decisions.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, risk/issue logs, and status reports.
• Manage project scope and governance for change approvals.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support communications, marketing, digital, content, and partnership workstreams.
• Build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams for collaboration.
• Monitor risks and issues; present updates and options to sponsors.
• Support Agile/hybrid delivery with backlog, roadmaps, and sprint planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and governance maturity.
