Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across public-sector initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive PM experience, with proven capabilities in predictive, agile, and hybrid methods, and a background in public-sector or nonprofit sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering Organizational Change Management initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors and contracted services including deliverables, dependencies, and performance.
• Experience applying predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches across varied project types.
• Experience working within public-sector, nonprofit, justice, legal-services, or social-services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, change management, testing, training, and readiness activities.
• Manage vendor-delivered work including onboarding, deliverables, invoices, dependencies, and contractual alignment.
• Conduct project close activities including acceptance, transition, financial closure, lessons learned, and benefits handoff.
