Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Manager based in Canada to independently meet sales targets within the designated territory. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of poultry production sales experience.
• Strong understanding of poultry technology and production processes.
• Excellent presentation and computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers and expand business in designated territory.
• Monitor sales data and current market trends.
• Prepare account profiles and develop strong relationships with decision makers.
• Provide pricing information and recommendations to management.
• Prepare management reports and monitor KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and maintain accurate administration.
• Develop sales strategies for approval by sales leadership.
