Job summary

Nutreco in North America seeks a Director, Technical Sales & Applications to lead the technical sales and nutrition strategy across premix, feed additives, and micro-ingredients for ruminant, swine, and poultry markets.

You will shape the direction of the function, build a high-impact commercial organization, and collaborate with Corporate, R&D, Operations, and Quality to deliver customer value and profitable growth across Canada and the United States.

• Proven track record leading transformation in animal nutrition or related field.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate science into customer value and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American technical sales and nutrition strategy for premix, feed additives, and micro-ingredients.
• Establish direction, align capabilities with commercial priorities, and drive measurable results.
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing to strengthen value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Travel across North America as needed.
