Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts in Calgary. You will focus on face-to-face selling, presentations, and proposals while collaborating with management to execute account plans.

You will engage with customers across technical, operations, supply chain and executive levels, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Travel and commission-based earnings are expected components of the role.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required; willing to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects; increase sales and margin.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and deliver on sales plans.
• Prepare bids, proposals and product demonstrations as needed.
• Travel to customer sites and engage with technical, operations and management teams.
• Provide quotations and collaborate with sales support for orders.
