Job summary

Wesco in Saskatoon, Canada seeks a Supervisor - Inside Sales to support branch management with sales strategies, execute plans and budgets, and lead staff to achieve performance goals. You will drive margins, recruit customers, and maintain morale while serving customers economically.

Responsibilities include supervising inside sales, coaching on order entry and quotations, and coordinating training with vendors. Travel is 0–10% and compensation aligns with market ranges.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate supervision of inside sales and counter personnel.
• Coaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette.
• Leads as directed by branch management and communicates to employees.
• Assists with team workload distribution.
• Monitors attendance and assists with hiring, performance appraisals, training and discipline.
• Analyzes trends and helps develop branch action plans to improve service and productivity.
• Serves as liaison with suppliers for return authorizations.
• Directs credit management and collection of AR.
• Provides and organizes product training for team and vendors.
