Interac Corp. is seeking an Organizational Development & Change Management Lead to partner with HR, technology, and leaders across the organization.

You will design and drive enterprise people programs, lead end-to-end change initiatives, and develop scalable solutions that balance employee experience with business outcomes. You will analyze data to guide decisions, create executive-ready materials, and ensure adoption across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Advisory, or related functions.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise people programs such as performance enablement, leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, or culture initiatives.
• Proven success leading change management for complex business, technology, process, and organizational transformations with stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across functions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities with experience translating concepts into executive presentations and learning materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and feedback to drive improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with Workday, learning platforms, and PM/change management tools is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise people programs that strengthen organizational capability.
• Drive end-to-end change management activities for business, technology, process, and people initiatives, including stakeholder analysis and readiness planning.
• Develop tools, communications, learning materials, leader guides, and executive-ready presentations to support adoption of programs and change initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational needs and translate objectives into scalable people solutions.
• Establish and evolve organizational development frameworks, governance, metrics, and reporting for enterprise-wide delivery.
• Analyze data, feedback, and insights to measure effectiveness, identify risks, and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, and project teams to implement scalable, system-enabled solutions.
