Job summary

Intact is seeking a Change Management Advisor to help drive adoption of major initiatives across the enterprise. You will track change activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and create plans and training materials to support teams.

This role collaborates with Change Management and Communications teams nationwide, delivering reports to leadership and guiding transformation efforts with a focus on clarity, engagement, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or change management.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills to drive change.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and navigating ambiguity.
• Financial services industry experience is an asset; eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track change activities and provide insights using existing tools.
• Provide reports and updates on change initiatives to leadership.
• Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses with business partners.
• Prepare change management plans and coordinate strategies.
• Liaise with other areas affected by changes and collaborate on communications.
• Support training materials and participate in project meetings and workshops.
• Foster a strong change mindset and apply change management methodologies.
