Job summary

Altasciences Company Inc seeks an Organizational Development Lead to design and drive OD initiatives across the organization in Quebec. You will develop frameworks for organizational design, succession, career development, talent assessment, and change management, leveraging workforce data and leadership insights to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change management, or related field.
• Experience advising and partnering with leaders on organizational challenges and change management.
• Experience developing leadership competency frameworks, talent assessment methodologies, succession planning, or career development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and methodologies.
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data, assessments, and workforce insights to drive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, roles, and decision processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop organizational design recommendations, role clarity frameworks, and action plans with business leaders.
• Serve as program lead for OD initiatives with accountability for results and adoption.
• Facilitate organizational assessments and team effectiveness workshops.
• Design leadership competency frameworks and 360-degree assessments to guide development.
• Establish talent reviews, succession planning, and development priorities in collaboration with HR.
• Translate assessment findings into leadership development actions with L&D teams.
• Lead change management components of transformations and new operating models.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to map career pathways and capabilities.
