Job summary

Interac Corp. is seeking a Transformation & Adoption Lead in Canada to drive rollout of CoE frameworks and operating models across business and technology teams.

You will translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps, coordinate multiple initiatives, and guide leaders on delivery excellence through coaching and hands-on enablement. You will partner with Governance, Tooling, Analytics, Product and Operations to balance enterprise consistency with business needs, delivering value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management or delivery leadership with enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and behavioural change across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior/executive leaders and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and enterprise adoption of SD CoE frameworks, standards and operating models.
• Develop roadmaps, priorities and success measures translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across stakeholders, manage risks, issues and adoption challenges.
• Identify barriers and guide leaders on delivery excellence through coaching and facilitation.
• Support governance and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness.
