Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive a major LMS transformation across a global organization. You will partner with executive sponsors, HR, Talent, Technology, Communications and Operations to ensure adoption, readiness and stabilization of the platform.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in change management, LMS experience, and strong executive influencing skills. This contract role is hybrid with Toronto onsite days and worldwide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree considered an asset.
• 8+ years in Change Management or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise transformations at director/senior leadership level.
• Experience with LMS, HR technology or digital transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies.
• Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.

• Develop governance frameworks, roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive organizational readiness planning and adoption activities.

Hours: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours

Pay Rate: $53.00/hour + 4% Vacation Pay

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive a large-scale enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) transformation across a global organization. This strategic leadership opportunity will shape organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, culture transformation, and long-term business success, impacting more than 25,000 employees worldwide.

The successful candidate will partner closely with executive sponsors, HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and stabilization of a major enterprise platform transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies
• Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree considered an asset
• 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Business Readiness, or Transformation leadership
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives at a Director or senior leadership level
• Proven success driving large-scale enterprise implementations, including LMS, HR Technology, Talent Platforms, or Digital Transformation programs
• Strong expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• LMS or Talent Management Platform implementation experience

• Experience supporting large global organizations with 25,000+ employees
• Experience leading culture transformation, mindset shifts, and enterprise behaviour change initiatives
