Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Organizational Change Manager based in Canada. You will lead end-to-end change management for complex transformations, align people, processes, and technology with business goals, and partner with executives to ensure adoption and lasting impact.

You will shape strategies, assess readiness, address resistance, and contribute to reusable methodologies, tools, and best practices while working in a remote-capable, enterprise client

Competenze

• Seven+ years of Organizational Change Management or related experience.
• Experience leading change management in large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar methodologies.
• Hands-on delivery including change strategies, readiness, communications, training, and adoption.
• Ability to influence leadership and manage resistance across org layers.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and business leaders.
