Job summary

Alquemy is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide business and IT initiatives. The role leads change management activities using Prosci/ADKAR to help teams transition to new processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities include developing change management strategies and plans, assessing impacts and readiness, and creating communication, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management plans.

Qualifications

• Prosci/ADKAR certification and formal change management training required.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management initiatives, IT or digital transformation environment.
• Experience developing change strategies, plans, communications, training, readiness assessments, and resistance plans.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting complex organizational transformations or large-scale business initiatives is an asset.
• North American work experience preferred.
