Job summary

Wolseley Canada is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for the Grande Prairie location. You will support customers with product selections, pricing, quotations, and order processing while building strong relationships in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will complete orders, provide accurate pricing and inventory details, and help with warehouse and delivery tasks. A customer-focused mindset, post-secondary education in business, and experience in inside sales are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales within construction, HVAC, plumbing, waterworks, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service and ability to upsell products.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; bilingualism is an asset (French/English).
• Valid driver''s license and ability to operate company vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotations accurately, applying established margins.
• Provide pricing, inventory, and delivery information to customers.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email.
• Support outside sales staff with quotations and order processing.
• Assist with branch operations, warehouse, yard, and deliveries as needed.
• Participate in branch on-call rotation after training.
