Wolseley Canada invites you to join our Inside Sales team in a role focused on delivering exceptional service to customers in the plumbing, HVAC/R and industrial sectors. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and collaborate with outside sales to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Civil Engineering Technology, or related discipline is an asset.
• Previous inside sales or counter sales experience preferred.
• Experience with engineered waterworks products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of waterworks products and customer requirements.
• Must be computer literate; AS400 experience is a strong asset.
• Forklift/tow-motor certification is an asset.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound inquiries and sales orders to meet customer requirements.
• Enter quotations and orders; provide pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Make sales calls to new/existing customers to cultivate business.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for outside sales staff.
• Assist customers at the counter; provide excellent service in a branch.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory.
• Operate tow-motors/forks safely if certified.
• Use AS400 and internal systems to track orders and inventory.
• Adhere to safety policies.
