Canadian Bearings (CB) is building an intelligence-driven commercial engine and seeking a high-energy, consultative Account Manager (Inside Sales) to grow an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts. You will own the relationship and strategy, while Operations handles admin, freeing you to focus on consultative engagement and growth.

You will leverage CRM systems (HubSpot/NetSuite) and AI tools to maximize client impact, coordinate with Supplier Relations, Pricing, and Technical teams, and deliver

Qualifications

3+ years of successful B2B inside sales or account management experience.
Consultative curiosity, business acumen and learning agility matter.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/NetSuite) and AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

Drive Program-Led Account Growth across assigned accounts.
Consultative needs discovery with buyers and plant leaders; deliver documented savings.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and manage SLAs.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to validate savings and identify opportunities.
