Job summary

Phoenix Contact Canada is seeking an Inside Account Manager to manage a defined portfolio from an inside-based role in Milton, Ontario. You will drive growth, engage customers proactively, and support solution selling across connectivity, automation, and energy portfolios.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical sales within industrial automation, a university degree or college diploma, and strong CRM knowledge. Travel is limited; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or College Technician/Technologist diploma.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation or related markets.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and applications.
• Knowledge of sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of customers from an inside-based role.
• Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with the Regional Sales Director and field sales teams.
• Achieve annual sales growth targets across all Phoenix Contact product portfolios.
• Expand product adoption within existing accounts to increase share of wallet.
