Job summary

Dynacare is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions across BC, Alberta and North Bay. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and HRBP, partnering with leaders to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires building relationships, coaching leaders, shaping workforce plans, and ensuring compliance with provincial and federal laws in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of provincial and federal labour legislation.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.
• CPHR or CHRP designation preferred.
• 7 years of HR Generalist/Management experience across HR areas.
• Ability to manage annual budgets and advise on workforce costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with employees at all levels and act as a trusted coach.
• Drive talent agenda, succession planning and external hiring when needed.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Oversee performance, compensation processes and HR program rollout.
