Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with US and Canada leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and managing workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you’ll design organizational design and workforce planning, handle complex cases, and contribute to global HR frameworks while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience advising leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Deep knowledge of US and Canadian employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to independently manage moderate-to-complex employee relations.
• Experience delivering HR programs and cycles in a global enterprise.
• Proficiency with HRIS data reporting and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound HR guidance to leaders on workforce and talent challenges in US/Canada.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases within US/Canada frameworks.
• Deliver and adapt HR programs for the client group in line with enterprise standards.
• Interpret workforce data to identify trends and inform recommendations to leaders.
• Support compensation analysis, benchmarking, and pay equity considerations.
