Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is partnering to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner for a leading Western Canadian electrical distributor with 20 locations across BC, AB, and SK. The role supports strategic planning, project coordination, and organizational change with a focus on collaboration and execution excellence.

Based in Surrey, BC, the position starts onsite for 3 months, then becomes hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, project management, process improvement, change management, and corporate communications.
• Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Technology, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Business Planning Support: Develop, implement, and track strategic and operational plans with leadership.
• Business Analysis & Project Coordination: Define scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and change needs; coordinate teams.
• Communication & Change Management: Create clear communications; assist with training and documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships to promote collaboration and governance standards.
