Job summary

ARC Resources Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across talent attraction, retention, development, and relations.

This 12-month temporary role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and involves partnering on performance management, onboarding, and HR programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, collaborative style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of oil & gas industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality HR service through coaching, guidance and advice to leaders on people management practices.
  • Support development and implementation of HR programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and ARC's culture.
  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, including performance management and investigations.
  • Assist onboarding by orienting new hires and sharing ARC culture and workspace information.
  • Support recruitment activities and collaboration with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits.
