A leading industrial machinery company seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership across its corporate functions. The role requires 6-8 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on compliance and talent management. Responsibilities include translating business needs into people strategies, managing recruitment, and implementing HR programs that promote employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and communication skills and understand Canadian employment legislation, along with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in HR administration and compliance.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, WSIB).
• Experience with organizational design, change management, and leadership development preferred.
